Change in the law as of 01.01.2014
Until now, you could simply buy and set off large fireworks for your event or your August 1st celebration.
Since 1.1.2014, the laws in Switzerland have been tightened. The buyer must provide proof of an FWA or FWB certificate, as well as a purchase certificate (usually issued by the responsible cantonal security police) or a burning permit from a municipal authority. You therefore have three options for setting off your favorite large firework effects in the future:
- You or one of your employees attend the new mandatory FWA or FWB training course
- You switch to smaller fireworks of category 3
- You commission us to set off your favorite large firework effects. All our employees have the necessary FWA/FWB training
