Support

We are fully occupied with our sales stands and therefore have telephone support from July 19th, 2024 set.

We therefore ask you to write an email to info@feuerwerkshop.ch.

Every email will be answered within 24 hours if the answer is not already below:

 

Order deadline:

The order deadline is 28.07.2024 17:00) for the shipment of dangerous goods and postal shipments. (All orders received before this date will be delivered before 08/01/24 at 6 p.m.).

The online shop closes on July 31, 2024 at 5 p.m. for pickup at our sales booth in Buchs.

Items at the sales stand

At our sales stand we have a daily changing assortment. We cannot predict what will be available, for how long, or when something will be delivered.

Bengalos, pyros and smoke bombs can only be ordered online and picked up at the sales stand.

If you want very specific items, order them online and pick up the order the next day at the sales stand of your choice

Where is my order

Shipping: EVERY customer receives information about their order by email. Please be sure to check your spam folder.

You can also view the current status in your account under my orders at any time:

Open: We have received your order

In process: Your order is being processed

Will be delivered: Your order is packed and waiting for the hazardous goods courier

Will be delivered by freight forwarder: Your order has been handed over to the freight forwarder, please read the separate email about it (spam folder)

If you have any questions, please contact the shipping service provider named in the email.

Payment received / ID Open: We are still missing proof of age and possibly the user declaration

 

Pickup: EVERY customer receives an email with the pick-up address and pick-up times.

Please bring an official document and your order confirmation (order number) with you for pick-up

Can I buy fireworks from you as a private individual?
Yes, of course. Please note the legal regulations that allow fireworks under certain conditions. You will find a note on this in the respective categorization of the articles. You can find an overview here
The minimum age to be able to shop with us is 18 years . Please note the information below "How can I provide proof of age"

Do you also offer a direct purchase, i.e. sale in a store?
Yes, you can visit us in our showroom, which also functions as a store. You can easily select and purchase items there. Please note that the showroom is only open by appointment. Simply make an appointment here .

What do I have to pay attention to when I collect fireworks from you?
According to the law, customers who collect fireworks from us with a net weight of more than 5 kg NEM (net explosive mass) must carry the following with them:

  • A delivery bill in accordance with ADR/SDR (you will receive this from us)
  • A tested 2 KG fire extinguisher

Please also bear in mind that according to ADR/SDR the exemption limit must remain below 1000 points. You will receive an ADR/delivery bill from us which certifies the quantity of points. Exceeding the allowance is rather rare and usually only occurs with large orders of approx. 2000CHF.

I have ordered something - where is my delivery?

If you have selected dangerous goods transportation, please click here for more information. In the case of postal dispatch, you will receive your parcel within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment and your age confirmation, unless otherwise requested. Please note that the delivery time for dangerous goods is between 5 and 7 working days. If you require your order on a specific delivery date, please enter your desired delivery date in the comments field during the ordering process.

What payment methods does feuerwerkshop.ch offer?

You have the option of

  • by prepayment (bank transfer)

  • by Paypal

  • in cash

  • With Secupay (Euro/Master/Visacard/credit cards)

  • Invoice (only for institutions, companies and authorities)

to pay. Card payment is also possible in our showroom.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, this is CHF 50 if you order via the online store. Of course, this does not apply if you buy from us on site (showroom, sales stands, etc.).

I have specified "collection" as the delivery method. Where can I collect my items?
You can collect your order from our showroom by appointment. To arrange a collection appointment, select "Collection" as the delivery method during the ordering process, where you can easily arrange your desired appointment online.

I have specified "collection" as the delivery method. Can my items still be delivered?
If you are unable to collect your order, please send us an e-mail stating your order number. We will then send you all the information you need to pay the shipping costs. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received.

Do you also ship fireworks?
We can ship fireworks under certain conditions. We are authorized to deliver category 2 and 3 fireworks to the following cantons: Lucerne, Bern, Aargau, Solothurn, Geneva, Obwalden, Vaud, Nidwalden, Zug, Uri, Neuchâtel, Valais, Grisons, Lichtenstein, Glarus and Basel-Land.
Please note that the delivery time for dangerous goods is between 5 and 7 working days

Do you also deliver to Germany or Austria?
No. We only deliver within Switzerland. However, we do have a branch in Germany - you can find it at www.feuerwerkshop.de

How can I provide proof of age?
We only sell to people aged 18 and over. It is therefore necessary for you to prove to us that you are of legal age. To do this, we ask you to send us a picture (photo/copy) of your ID. This is possible as
