Delivery and shipping costs / shipping conditions
Deliveries are made based on our currently applicable Terms and Condition.
We expressly point out that we only deliver within Switzerland and not to other European countries. Furthermore, we do not sell to minors or individuals under the age of 18 (proof of age required).
In addition, the legal provisions under the Explosives Ordinance apply.
We hold the shipping permits for all cantons. By selecting the hazardous goods shipping option, you authorize us, in accordance with Art. 418a of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), to arrange a transport company on your behalf to pick up your order from us and deliver it to your specified address. This is done expressly in the name of the purchaser. Please note that the listed shipping costs only apply to addresses accessible by truck. For all other locations (e.g., mountain huts, car-free cities, alpine regions without road access, etc.), additional costs may apply, which we will have to charge you.
We charge the following flat rates for shipping:

Delivery by standard post: CHF 12.90 (5–7 working days)
(Note: "No category" does not automatically mean the item can be shipped by post.)
Hazardous goods delivery within Switzerland: CHF 29.00 
It may sound complicated, but once you add your desired items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout, you'll see the exact pickup and delivery options (with costs).
Shipping process for hazardous goods:
Once your order has been packed, the transport company will contact you. This will happen either by email (please check your emails regularly and also your spam folder) or by phone within 5–7 working days using the phone number you provided.
In any case, someone over the age of 18 must be present in person. Leaving your delivery at the door, in a milk box, etc., is strictly prohibited.
If you refuse the delivery, do not accept it, or are unreachable and the shipment is returned to us, we may charge you the resulting shipping costs for both the outbound and return transport.
